You would have a Degree in business, marketing, PR or advertising nd a "whiteboard" ability to structure Social Media application solutions. Experience with web 2.0 technologies or at least a solid understanding of platforms, html, web servers, open source and multi media formats such as Blogs, Communities, Social Networks etc.
